Shipping policy

At Woof Woof Space, we do our best to ensure your orders are processed and delivered as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

Delivery Time

Delivery depends on your location and the warehouse your order is shipped from:

  • Same country as the supplier’s warehouse: Delivery within 7 days.

  • Different country from the supplier’s warehouse: Delivery within 21 days.

Shipping Rates

  • Orders under $50 → Flat shipping charge of $10.

  • US $50 and above: Shipping is Free at checkout above the purchase of $50.

International Shipping

We ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery times vary by destination. Customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately with your order details and photos (if available). We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
